Devadex

Where your last three onboardings actually went

new today

A printable worksheet for agency owners. You fill it in once, with a pen, using records you already keep. Two things are inside. The first is a check you run today on a client who has signed but has not had the kickoff call yet. It takes about five minutes and tells you how much of their access you actually hold, rather than how much got marked done. The second is a worksheet you run on your last three signed clients. It takes about forty minutes if your access requests went out over email, and longer if they went out over Slack DMs and phone calls.By the end you are holding five things about your own agency: how many days ran between signature and kickoff, which of four stages ate them, which single item set your kickoff date, how many things you asked for late, and how many days nothing moved at all. Every number comes from your own records. None of them are things you could have said out loud this morning. What you need: your calendar, your sent folder, and the client folder for your last three signed clients. No software, no new tool, no new subscription. What it is not: a tracker. You fill it in once and you file it. Nothing needs maintaining afterwards. And if your onboardings already run tight, the sheet will tell you that too. There is a page whose verdict is: close the worksheet, you do not have this problem.
